How to use your account

MySaskHealthRecord lets you view your lab results, clinical visit history, medical imaging reports and other health information in one place.

Get notifications

Get notified when new information is added to your record.  

To set up notifications:

• Go to the home page of your MySaskHealthRecord account.
• Scroll to Notifications.
• Select New Provincial Data.
• Choose how you want to be notified.

If you use the mobile app, you can turn on push notifications to get updates on your phone.   

Use the mobile app 

You can also use MySaskHealthRecord on your phone.   

The mobile app works on Apple iOS 14 and newer or Android 11 or newer. Find it in the Apple or Google Play app stores.

Share your health information 

You can share your information with another MySaskHealthRecord user.

1. Log in to the website or mobile app.
2. Select your initials in the top right corner.
3. Select Share Record and follow the steps. Health care providers don’t have access to your MySaskHealthRecord account. You can show your information to them using your device.

You can share your health care directives in MySaskHealthRecord with your care team.

Find vaccination information

You can view vaccination records from Saskatchewan Public Health and some pharmacies. Your vaccine history may go as far back as 1978.  

Some records may not be available (for example, from private clinics or some pharmacies). 

Missing results

MySaskHealthRecord shows information after it's added from the provincial system. A result or report may be missing because:

• Some reports may not be available including:
  • echocardiograms
  • Holter monitor testing
  • gastroscopy, endoscopy or colonoscopy
• The clinic or location does not send its information to the provincial database at this time. 
  • Although information from the majority of hospitals and clinics is available, some locations across the province have not integrated yet and are unavailable to display. 

Questions about test results 

If you have questions about your medical lab test results, please contact your health care provider. eHealth is not responsible for any test results and we can't  fast track them. 

Report an error

If you see an error in your MySaskHealthRecord, contact the eHealth Service Desk at:

Report an error in a clinical document 

Some clinical documents are created using voice recognition software and may contain minor errors. It’s important to report anything that may affect your care. If you notice a significant error, you can request a correction.  

Examples include:

• referencing the wrong side of the body (left leg, instead of right leg)
• incorrect age or details which may result in an incorrect medication dose 

If you find an error

2. Provide the Job # from the bottom of the clinical document.

3. The eHealth Service Desk will send your concern to the appropriate support team. The support team will work with the health care professional who dictated the document to review your concern and determine how it should be addressed.
4. We’ll contact you to let you know how your concern was addressed.
5. The corrected document will then be available in your health record.
