The Electronic Health Record Viewer, or eHR Viewer, is a secure website that authorized health care providers use to access health information for Saskatchewan patients.

eHR Viewer gives providers a province-wide view of health information that can help:

• improve continuity of care
• reduce duplicate testing
• save time on administrative work

It is designed for use by health care providers when delivering patient care. It cannot be used to view your own health record or the records of family members. To access your personal health record, please register for MySaskHealthRecord.
