Register for an eHR Viewer account

Register for eHR Viewer access  

1. Watch the QuickStart video and Privacy video.
2. Review the eHR Viewer Joint service​s​ access policy.
3. If your organization isn’t registered for eHR Viewer access, complete the eHR Viewer organization request form.
4. Create a myeHealth account. If you need help, visit the myeHealth support page.
5. You’ll get an email confirmation when your account is confirmed.  

Make changes to your account

You can make changes to your myeHealth account after you log in. 

From your account, you can: 

• Select Remove organizations to remove an organization from your account. 
• Select Application request to request eHR Viewer access under another organization.
