Swimmer's ear assessment and treatment

Effective June 1, 2026, pharmacists services expanded to the assessment and treatment of Acute Otitis Externa (swimmer's ear). All assessments and GAS POCT results must be electronically captured into PIP. This information will flow into the Medications tab of the eHR Viewer for health care professionals. Patients can find this information in MySaskHealthRecord under the Prescription History section of the application.
